If you have rough palms, mix glycerine and fresh lemon juice in equal quantity and apply on your palms in the morning as well as evening. It will gradually soften.

 

Take few drops of coconut or almond oil and warm it up. Apply all over your body and massage it gently. This will relax your body and moisturize it.

 

If you have sunburns, do not be scared. Peel the cucumber, grate it and squeeze the juice out of it. Mix few drops of glycerine to it and few drops of rose water to it. Stir them and use a cotton ball to apply the liquid on the affected area. The marks will gradually disappear.

You should regularly oil it. Take some coconut oil and set in on low flames. Add some hibiscus flower petals to it. Add 4 grains of pepper to it. Add some curry leaves to it. Add few onion rings to it. Allow it to heat till the green curry leaves turn to golden brown. Sieve it and store it in a container. Your natural oil is ready and is rich with all the necessary ingredients that your hair requires. Apply the oil on the scalp and massage it in circular motions. Allow the oil to stay overnight and wash it in the morning with lukewarm water. Use a mild shampoo and conditioner.

This is best suited for dry and damaged hair. Soak few methi seeds overnight. Grind it in the morning and add 1 teaspoon of curd to it. Blend it and apply on your scalp.
